El tema hace relaci\u00f3n a la organizaci\u00f3n de este sistema de transporte p\u00fablico que opera en el \u00e1rea metropolitana de Santiago. El proyecto comenz\u00f3 en 2005, en 2007 se realiz\u00f3 la transici\u00f3n definitiva al nuevo sistema y la implementaci\u00f3n total debe culminar en 2011. La puesta en marcha de <\/span>Transantiago gener\u00f3 serios problemas de planeaci\u00f3n, cobertura e implementaci\u00f3n. Esto suscito una grave crisis que golpe\u00f3 la imagen de la Presidente Bachelet. Los spot tienen dos partes, unos, a finales del 2006, buscan posicionar el proyecto en la poblaci\u00f3n y se utiliza como vocero a un l\u00edder popular como es el jugador de f\u00fatbol Zamorano que cuenta como empieza el nuevo proyecto y las nuevas rutas y colores de los buses. La segunda etapa, despu\u00e9s de la crisis, busca comunicar<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>el aumento de la cantidad de buses, los nuevos lugares a los que esta llegando y el aumento en la velocidad de los buses a trav\u00e9s de carriles exclusivos. Estos \u00faltimos spot mantienen una misma est\u00e9tica y una misma din\u00e1mica de comunicaci\u00f3n.
